Web Design from Cologne
colognecamper.com rents Kompanja campervans and Kulba mini caravans and sells mini caravans as well as QUQUQ camping boxes. I built the entire website as a Contao agency from Cologne using the open-source CMS Contao 5.
The core task: prospects should experience the vehicles emotionally – and see at a glance when each camper is available. This defined the two focal points of the project.
The site is deliberately designed to spark the anticipation of camping and to reflect the special mood of a road trip – from the night-time hero under a starry sky to the sunset motifs of the individual vehicles.
Technically it is a cleanly structured, responsive Contao 5 project that stays easy to maintain day to day. Many features run on partly self-developed Contao extensions.
Online booking calendar: guests see at a glance which days the campervans and caravans are already reserved. I implemented it with the Contao calendar module and adapted templates, so the individual months load via AJAX without a page reload.
